I was the most fit I had ever been in my entire life after I graduated high school. I sometimes look back at those photos and wish I could look that way 7 years later. Then I remember at that time I was the most miserable I had even been in my entire life. I had an ED with purging. I was working out lifting weights almost 6-7x a week. I was dating awful men that were using me for my looks and for my "womanly duties" of taking care of them. I wanted to unalive myself everyday, and had to stay with friends often to prevent that from happening. It was a miserable existence. Now I am extremely happy in a passionate loving relationship. I am on my mental health journey to heal my past and present. Still struggling with a binge ED but with no purge. I'm much heavier now but I would NEVER ever go back to that body if it meant I had to live that life again.

holy shit - THANK YOU SO MUCH for the section on myofunctional therapy! I had a tongue-tie surgery as a kid, but I still deal with a whole bunch of issues related to not breathing properly through my nose - sleep apnea, migraines, etc. I've got a larger nose (which I've learned to love) and a weak chin, but always thought it was just genetics. I'm going to try booking with a myofunctional therapist to see if it helps with my health issues!

Oh my gosh!!! It’s crazy to know there are people injecting themselves with fillers. I know the product itself is not expensive. But when you go to a doctor you pay for his ability to not make you blind!!! A good doctor will never suggest you what you have to change in your face or body. I did my first filler at 26 and the next is now at 30. And by the same doctor, Massimo Vitale. I’ll never do somewherelse

I cannot believe kylie got people to think she had no filler. Lips shrink with age. My lips used to be a lot fuller when I was younger. I'm only 34 and my lips have shrunk half its size.

I started doing it at 45 and it just made me look younger and fresher it has the opposite effect the younger you start doing it it’s expensive it should be saved for every few months, as a treat yourself when you’re old enough to appreciate it
